H & H Tool Shop, Inc. is equipped with the latest in high speed machining centers and CAD/CAM software.

Our software consist of Solid Works, Smart Cam (Free Form Machining), Surf Cam, PT Model, Feature Cam, E-DWGS and PC-DMIS. we are able to work in wire frames or solid models.

Our Cam system allows us to do up to 5th Axis full contouring. E-DWGS enables H & H Tool Shop, Inc. to send a solid model to our customers for a visual aide and for dimensional problems.

H & H Tool Shop has up to date translators for converting drawings to our CAD/CAM systems. AutoVue Professional allows H & H Tool Shop, Inc. to print drawings for quick quotes.

All of our machines have linear guide ways for precise motion control is assured for positioning accuracy and repeatability. High speed rapid traverse, low maintenance requirements, long life and high reliability are also achieved. Positioning +- .0002" Repeatability +- .00006".

H & H Tool Shop, Inc. has four CNC Bridgeport Machines
Heidehain 426 controller, 3 axis with high speed full contouring with 4th axis capabilities, 20 x 40 working capacity 10,000 RPM spindle with 22 Tool changer.

Mazatrol Fusion 640 4 axis with high speed full contouring, 20 x 40 working capacity 10,000 RPM spindle with 24 Tool changer Renishaw probe for measuring and digitizing, Automatic tool length measurement.

Equipment List: Standard Mills, EDM Machine, Lathe.

All machines are Ethernet connected for fast transfer of program files for fast setup and remote control and monitoring.
