We begin with proper paperwork with master copies of tolerance drawings for the office and a working copy for employees.

H & H Tool Shop, Inc. provides 1st Article for customer approval on to checking parts during production runs.

Parts are checked at the machine or if necessary at the CMM and a  report is filled out and filed.

With the Renishaw Probe, parts can be checked in the machine before removing.

H & H Tool Shop, Inc. is ISO 9000 compliance. The customer has the assurance that every mold, jig and fixtures, production and prototype work maintains a high level of quality control and integrity by meeting all tolerance expectations.

Every three months the tool room is calibrated and once a year the inspection room is calibrated and once a year the inspection room is certified.

Our years of experience, training and knowledge of machining processes and procedures assures quality parts.
